SOUNDWEATHER

Projects concerning contemporary classical music with electro acoustic music, audio recording and editing, composition courses etc. are conducted together with cultural schools and compulsory school forms. The projects are aimed at and adapted to all ages and the foundation is creativity and imagination.
A composition project in collaboration with Stockholm Saxophone Quartet, involving pupils and subjects integrated with music, math and art, was highlighted with a concert where the quartet played music by the participating pupils.
In collaboration with the Thomas school in Leipzig, Germany and the Mendelssohn chamber orchestra in Leipzig a project involving pupils in high school-age took place during the 07-08 school year.

Saxophone

The piece "Pont: neuf" for saxophone quartet are being revised and extended to "Pont neuf: au revoir" for The Nordic Saxophone Quartet with premiere in january 2010 (see coming performances).

Festival for contemporary music

6-9:th august a new festival for contemporary music was held in Örebro, a festival which Jonas was artistic leader for. The festival was presented by the Musicspectra T society with support from Framtidens kultur and Örebro kommun.
